you will collaborate with a talented group of dedicated
professionals who are experts in the field. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to Review of Finished
products, raw materials, stability and validation test data.
Perform assay on finished products stability and validation samples
Conduct routine/non-routine analysis of in-process materials, raw
materials, environmental sample, finished goods, or stability
samples independently using USP/NF, EP, in-house test methods and
standard protocols, maintaining full compliance with all applicable
US FDA - cGMP regulations and internal SOPs with minimum
supervision. Maintain/prepare SOPs, STPs, method development and
validation protocols / reports, laboratory notebooks, write summary
reports, keep proper documentation in compliance with SOPs. Prepare
COAs for the samples with minimum supervision. Prepare/review
documents and results in terms of product stability under minimum
supervision. Perform particle size analysis by using Malvern
Mastersizer-3000 instrument or other similar technique with minimum
supervision. Perform Analytical method transfer from different
locations or internal methods to QC lab for different techniques
like HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Malvern Mastersizer-300, KF etc.
Document all the experiment as per good laboratory practices
(GLP)and GMP documentation requirement. Write and review Standard
Operating Procedures, technical reports that summarize analytical
method development work and results with minimum supervision.
Perform Calibration and maintain major instruments like HPLC, GC,
AAS, FTIR, Dissolution tester, KF etc with minimum supervision.
Effectively present results, communicate experimental difficulties
to management. Effectively interact with other scientists,
technicians, cross functional team members and vendors for the
project needs and to complete on time. Apply effective search
strategies to conduct scientific literature searches and provide
critical evaluations of the data. Knowledge of all analytical
instruments like HPLC, GC, PSD, Dissolution, FTIR, KF, AAS and
other analytical instruments. Analytical knowledge in Hold time
Stability studies and compatibility studies. Update knowledge in
cGMP, current technologies, and current FDA guidelines. Provide
training to colleagues and new employ whenever it is necessary as
per requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree with minimum 3
years of experience, master's degree with minimum 2 years of
experience in Pharmaceutical Sciences/ Chemistry, Chemical
Engineering, Biochemistry, or related discipline. In-depth
theoretical and hands on experience in pharmaceutical technologies,
analytical techniques, and equipment for various dosage forms.
Excellent communications and presentation skills – written and
verbal; fluent in English. Work Environment This is an on-site
position. Our modern offices and labs are centrally located in
Hauppauge, New York. The salary listed is a good faith
