Do you want to love your career and cultivate that same passion in others?We are seeking a talented Licensed Veterinary Technician to join and lead our progressive, well-established six-doctor small animal practice full time. We also see exotics and work with the animals from the local wolf preserve! Our hospital is located in Blairstown, NJ, a semi-rural town in beautiful Northwest New Jersey providing easy access via Interstate 80 to New York City (one hour) to the east and the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania (1/2 hour) to the west.We are an AAHA certified, full service, computerized practice (paperless) with in-house blood machines, ultrasound, digital x-ray, monitoring equipment, high speed dental unit, dental x-ray, laser therapy and more, and we are committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients. We have a large surgery and dentistry caseload along with many medicine cases. We utilize our vet techs in all areas of the hospital. Our techs are fluent in anesthesia, dentistry, laboratory work, nursing skills, etc., and pursuit of special interests by the technicians is not only supported but encouraged!
