Benefits Administrator - Springfield, NJ - To $65k d/o/e
This growing client needs you for this crucial role in managing and
administering employee benefits programs, ensuring that their team
members have access to the appropriate resources and support for
their health and welfare. If you are passionate about supporting

Responsibilities include:
Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health,
dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and other
perks.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and changes, providing
information on eligibility requirements and plan details.
Liaise with benefits vendors to resolve issues related to claims,
eligibility, and service inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and ensure timely
reporting and data entry into HR systems.
Conduct benefits orientations and provide training to employees
regarding available options and usage and prepare reports.
Stay current with benefits regulations and compliance requirements,
ensuring the organization adheres to all laws and guidelines.
Analyze benefits programs periodically and recommend changes or
enhancements based on employee feedback and market trends.
Additional special assignments when needed.
Collaborate with HR and Finance personnel as needed.
Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration or
HR-related roles.
Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and regulations,
including FMLA, COBRA, and ERISA.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to explain complex concepts in a straightforward manner.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the
ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and
maintain confidentiality.
