ImageCare is seeking an experienced part time Ultrasound Technologist for our Jefferson facility.This position is responsible for providing our patients with the best care and experience while working with the entire staff to perform quality ultrasound scans and biopsies. In addition, the Ultrasound Technologist works closely with the radiologists to gather medical images and have a great opportunity to ensure an efficient and patient-focused experience during their procedure.The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, compassionate, and experienced in producing quality images for proper treatment and diagnosis by the radiologist.Candidates must be able to perform ALL Ultrasound exams to include:General Ultrasound and Ob/GynVascularBreast UltrasoundLicenses/Skills:An understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient's age-specific needs and provide age specific treatment and care.A minimum of 1+ years of experience as an Ultrasound TechnologistBasic vascular knowledge (venous doppler and carotids), General, and breast ultrasound experience is a plusGraduated from an AMA accredited school of allied health professionsRegistered ARDMSMaintained required BLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider course completion statusMedical specialties:Ob/GynRadiologySchedule:Monday - Friday, 5PM - 9PM, Saturday, 8AM - 4PM.Experience:Breast Ultrasound: 1 year (Required)General Ultrasound and Ob/Gyn: 1 year (Required)Vascular Ultrasound: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:BLS Certification (Preferred)Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer License (Required)Flu Vaccination Requirement: It is ImageCare's Company Policy that all personnel must be vaccinated with the yearly flu shot.ImageCare Centers provided the following inclusive hiring information:We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.#HPby Jobble
