Job Description:

seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Quality Engineer to ensure excellence
in our manufacturing processes. This position is pivotal in
upholding our reputation for high-quality medical device production
through rigorous quality assurance practices and innovative
problem-solving. The Sr. Manufacturing Quality Engineer will work
within our dynamic quality assurance team to enhance our systems
and processes, ensuring that our infusion therapy and pain
management products meet and exceed both regulatory standards and
customer expectations. Develop, implement, and maintain quality
assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into
partially finished or finished products. Collaborate with
manufacturing teams to enhance product quality by making
recommendations on best practices and process optimizations. Design
and implement rigorous testing procedures to ensure that products
comply with quality parameters and legal standards. Analyze
production limitations and standards, reporting back to relevant
teams and managing solutions to any existing problems. Facilitate
proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data and
identifying trends within the manufacturing process. Prepare
detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
manufacturing and compliance data. Coach and mentor junior
engineers and assist in the development of new team capabilities.
Proficient in quality assurance methodologies and lean
manufacturing techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in statistical analysis software and computer-aided
manufacturing (CAM) software. Understanding of FDA regulations and
ISO standards applicable to medical device manufacturing. Medical
Insurance 401k Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified
Quality Auditor (CQA) is highly preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green
Belt or Black Belt certification is advantageous.
