Job Description Job Description Job Title: Pulmonologist Job Type: Full-Time Location: Gillette, WY Summary: A newly established, physician-led, team-based comprehensive health and wellness clinic located in the scenic region of Gillette, Wyoming is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pulmonologist to join a multidisciplinary team of Internists, specialists, and medical staff. This clinic emphasizes quality care through lower daily patient volumes and offers a blend of traditional medicine, Direct Primary Care (DPC), concierge services, hyperbaric medicine, and regenerative/longevity -focused approaches. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert pulmonary care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Participate in innovative care models including hyperbaric and regenerative medicine. Engage in research and development of longevity-focused medical practices. Utilize advanced technology and contribute to recommendations for specialty-specific resources. Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in biology, physical sciences, or a related field. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree. 3 to 7 years of internship and clinical residency training in pulmonology. Board Certification in Pulmonology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Valid and active medical license in the practicing state. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and empathetic communication. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Highly competitive base salary with performance-based incentives in hyperbaric medicine, regenerative research, and more. Sign-On Bonus: $130,000 and relocation combined paid in installments. Health Insurance: Employer-sponsored plan through Cigna with low deductibles and out-of-pocket costs. Supplemental Insurance: Generous monthly allotment for disability, life, cancer, accident, and hospital indemnity coverage. Retirement: 6% matched 401(k). Paid Time Off: 6 weeks PTO, 6 paid holidays, 7 sick days. Continuing Education: $5,000 and 5 days annually. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
