Family Medicine Physician - Moonachie, NJ (New graduates welcome)

Job Type: Full-Time (12 3)

Shifts: 8 am-8 pm, + Every Other Weekend

Other available location: Paramus, NJ

Job Summary: The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary and pediatric care in a high-quality outpatient setting. This includes conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, coordinating care, and promoting patient education.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient assessments and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide follow-up care
• Deliver primary care and pediatric care for patients of all ages
• Coordinate care with internal clinical team members as needed
• Provide education, counseling, and support to patients and families
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical best-practice initiatives
• Ensure care is delivered with professionalism, compassion, and a patient-first focus

Requirements:

• Licensed Medical Doctor; BC in Family Medicine is required
• Experience in primary care and pediatric care preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• Proficiency with EHR systems
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
