Coverage Needed

Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; Tuesdays until 7pm

Clinical Details

Practice Setting: Primary care office
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 3 patients per hour
Number of Physicians in Practice: 5
Other Internal Medicine Physicians Provide Coverage
Mid-Levels Providing Coverage: 1
Number of Exam Rooms: 13
Services Available On-Site: Laboratory
Documentation System/EMR: Athena
Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrillator
Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric
Required General Procedures: EKG interpretation; evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
Required Medicine Procedures: Adult outpatient
Required Occupational Medicine Procedures: Employment physicals; disability exams

Requirements

NJ State License
BLS and ACLS - Preferred
Local Providers Only
Board Certified preferred, but will accept truly board eligible
Provide Self-Query NPDB pulled within 30 days at time of presentation
