seasoned Per Diem Physical Therapist for the dynamic Atlantic
Visiting Nurse Dept to work 8am-4pm in Morris County.
Qualifications Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Evaluate and
treat patients in their homes Minimum Education: High School
Diploma or GED, required Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, required
Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred Minimum
Experience: 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred
License/Certification: NJ License in Physical Therapy BLS,
preferred Valid and unrestricted Driver License with a clean
driving record, required.
