Job Description:
Description Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Social
Worker (MSW) for Case Management at Hackettstown Medical Center to
work 8AM-4:30PM including one weekend every four weeks. Essential
Functions/Responsibilities: Discharge planning from an acute care
hospital. Supportive and therapeutic counseling Qualifications
Minimum Education: MSW and LSW Minimum Experience: 1-year medical
setting (acute care hospital) or 1 year externship would be
considered. Candidates must be available to commit to 2–3 days per
week during the first 4–6 weeks to ensure a thorough onboarding
process. This role also requires working every other weekend.
Departmental hours are 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with some flexibility. As a
seven?day?a?week department, per diem positions do include weekend
coverage
