Description Atlantic Health System’s Hire Learner Nurse
Residency Program is one year focused on building a solid
foundation for your nursing career. The program includes classroom,
simulation, and unit-based preceptorship while focusing on the
continuum of care. Our program includes classroom, simulation, and

Pay rate is $43.00 per hour. This posting is for all locations
within Atlantic Health System. A team member will speak with you

Center Hackettstown Medical Center Atlantic Visiting Nurse Atlantic
Medical Group Program criteria: Non-BSN graduates will be required
to complete their BSN within 5 years of employment All participants
are asked to agree to a 2-year employment commitment at Atlantic
Health System An official transcript and two letters of
recommendation from nursing instructors will be required once you
are in the interview process This program will: Promote the
development of professional relationships across the
interdisciplinary team. Strengthen self-confidence and competence
in the ability to provide leadership at the point of care. Foster
professional growth and personal satisfaction through individual
development plans. Improve knowledge of policies, procedures, and
resources. Increase clinical competence and confidence.
Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Program
required BSN or equivalent preferred All ASN must complete their
BSN studies within five years of their start date
License/Certification: A valid NJ Nursing License or a valid
Compact Nursing License required upon hire BLS certification
required Relevant Experience: Nursing Assistant, Patient Care
Technician or Medical Assistant experience is preferred Completion
of a nursing extern program is preferred Dedicated Education Unit
(DEU) and immersion students preferred
