Job Description:
Description Atlantic Health is seeking a dynamic and motivated
individual, to join the energetic and innovative team of healthcare
professionals in their Atlantic Visiting Nurse Division as a Full
Time Physical Therapist in Morris County . The ideal candidate will
evaluate and treat patients in the patient's home and be a part of
a collaborative team of health providers. Schedule is flexible
between Monday through Friday and 8-4pm daily. Also, weekend
rotation approximately every 6 weeks. Atlantic Visiting Nurse
provides personalized care for you or a loved one to regain health,
stay out of the hospital, and remain living independently at home.
Whether or not it is managing life with a chronic illness, living
with a disability, returning home from the hospital or
rehabilitation facility, or need assistance with end-of-life care,
we are available to you in six counties throughout New Jersey:
Morris, Somerset, Essex, Sussex, Union, and Warren. Qualifications
Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients
in their homes Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED,
required Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, required Master or
Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred Minimum Experience: 1 year
of experience in homecare, strongly preferred
License/Certification: NJ License in Physical Therapy, required
Valid and unrestricted Driver License with a clean driving record,
required. BLS, preferred
