Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 1 year Cath Lab Tech
experience required. License: NJ Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist
License required. ARRT (R) Radiography required. Certifications:
ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Cath Lab checklist required. Experience with
IABP, Impella, and Atherectomy is preferred. Description: We are
seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech to join our team. The
candidate must have a minimum of one year of Cath Lab experience.
Call is required approximately one weekend per month and about one
day per week. Candidates must be able to arrive at the facility
within 30 minutes for emergency call. Candidates should have
experience performing various cardiac procedures, including
diagnostic and interventional catheterizations. Familiarity with
hemodynamic monitoring and the ability to maintain a sterile field
is essential. Knowledge of special procedures such as Transcatheter
Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), MitraClip, and other
catheter-based interventions is also important. Candidates should
have strong skills in monitoring and equipment setup, as well as
recognizing life-threatening arrhythmias. This position also
requires effective communication and team collaboration in a
fast-paced environment. Candidates will be expected to maintain
equipment and stock supplies appropriately. All candidates must
provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination and booster.
