Job Description Position Overview Title: Certified Nursing
Assistant Location: Brooklyn, NY 11203 Schedule: 8x5 per week EOW
/All Shifts Available Days Evening Nights Duration: 13 weeks with a
high possibility of extension Pay Range: $20 - $24/Hour Job
Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct patient
care and supports nursing staff in ensuring patient comfort,
safety, and well-being. Responsibilities: Assist Patients with
daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and
feeding. Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse,
and respiration. Transfer and transport patients safely using
proper techniques or equipment (e.g., Hoyer lift, wheelchair,
stretcher). Collect and label specimens, empty bedpans, and
maintain patient hygiene. Assist with range-of-motion exercises and
mobility as directed by nursing staff. Maintain clean and organized
patient areas, ensuring a safe environment. Communicate effectively
with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Follow
hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and
safety standards. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
required. Current New York State Certification as a Nursing
Assistant (CNA). BLS (Basic Life Support from AHA ) Ability to
lift, move, and assist patients safely. Previous experience in a
healthcare setting preferred, but not required. If Interested, you
