for a Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner in Philadelphia, PA.
Requirements: Board Certified (ANCC or AANP) Active Pennsylvania NP
license Minimum 5-7 years of NP experience (preferably in long-term
care) At least 1 year of experience working with the frail or
elderly population BLS & DEA Certification required Clean
malpractice history highly preferred NPs only - No PAs accepted
Position Details: Setting: primary care program providing care for
geriatric patients Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration: 3-month
initial assignment Schedule: Day shifts, no call required Duties:
Primary medical management in collaboration with clinic physicians
Conduct assessments and develop care plans for participants Provide
treatment for participant complaints and offer caregiver education
Participate as a key member of the Interdisciplinary Team Oversee
daily operations of the clinic Perform rounds in contracted nursing
homes Maintain thorough documentation and communication with the
