Location 707 East Main St Middletown New York 10940 Requirements 2
Onsite IR needed M-Sat 8a-5p EST (9 hr shifts) with callHeavy IR
Site 4-6 fluoro per day, 10-13 IR procedures per shift per IR rad.
There are 20-25 total. Y-90s, paras, thoras, DEA requiredVolume
expectation: 65 RVU per shiftPowerscribe 4.0 & Intelerad PACS$600.
hr, weeknight call $550., $500 call back, weekend call $3000 per
shiftGarnet facilities require a higher medmal limit of
$2.3M/$6.9M. Please factor that cost into your rate accordingly and
