Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated and skilled
Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team.
In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care for
patients undergoing dialysis treatments in our state-of-the-art
facilities. Our mission is to offer excellent patient care through
our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health
agencies. As a Dialysis RN, you will tailor care plans to the needs
of individuals and monitor patient progress. Your expertise in
nephrology nursing will support our commitment to improving the
quality of life for our patients. Assess, plan, and implement
patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Monitor patients during dialysis treatment, identifying any
complications and providing immediate intervention as needed.
Educate patients and their families on disease management, dialysis
treatment, and medication compliance. Maintain accurate and
detailed medical records and reports. Administer medications as
prescribed and monitor responses. Adhere to facility sanitary and
infection control policies. Comprehensive knowledge of dialysis
treatment and equipment. Excellent patient assessment skills.
Strong organizational and communication abilities. Ability to
respond effectively to emergencies. Proficiency in using medical
software and electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of
employment. Certification in Nephrology Nursing preferred.
