and Evaluation Perform thorough assessments based on the patient's
medical diagnosis, problems, and functional health framework.
Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care
through both initial and ongoing assessments. Identify patient
needs, prioritize care, and evaluate outcomes using a systematic
approach. Nursing Interventions: Administer therapeutic nursing
interventions, including monitoring patient conditions,
administering medications, and performing tasks related to the care
and recovery of cardiac patients. Manage the care of patients
during and after cardiac procedures, ensuring that all
interventions are in line with clinical standards. Documentation
and Advocacy: Document care based on clinical standards, patient
acuity, and care priorities. Advocate for evidence-based practice
and support the integration of new innovations and standards in
care delivery. Support and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with
the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
for cardiac patients. Provide patient-centered care aligned with
the professional nursing practice model. On-Call Responsibilities:
Provide on-call coverage for the Cath Lab, supporting cardiac
procedures during off hours and weekends. On-call coverage is
approximately every 5 weeks, with a 7-day coverage requirement that
is divided between nursing staff over two weeks. Must have Cath Lab
experience with a proven ability to function as an intra-procedural
RN responsible for documentation, medication administration, and as
a circulator during minimally invasive procedures such as Left
Heart Catheterization (LHC) and Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
(PCI). Experience with equipment such as IABP, Impella, shockwave,
and various atherectomy devices is preferred. Ability to cover
on-call shifts for the Cath Lab, including supporting cardiac
procedures during off hours and weekends. Company Description
