Montville/nVeterinary Group, located in an affluent suburb located
forty minutes outside/nof NYC is seeking an experienced Managing
Veterinarian to complete our team and/ncontinue our mission of
providing comprehensive and progressive veterinary/ncare available
in a fun, collaborative environment. Our hospital is/na newly
constructed and well-equipped facility. Our support staff
is/ncomprised of exceptionally skilled certified veterinary
technicians and/nveterinary assistants all dedicated to providing
the highest levels of care. The Opportunity: As/nthe Managing
Veterinarian, you'll keep doing what you love - practicing
veterinary/nmedicine and seeing the furry faces that make your day.
But you'll also provide/nvital medical leadership, oversee the
veterinary team, ensure we follow all the/nrules, and cultivate an
environment where exceptional pet care thrives. You'll/ndevelop
medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the
practice/nmanager on finances, budgeting, and operational
optimization. Your/nQualifications: /n - Graduate from an
AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG
certification program and have an active license /n - Unwavering
commitment to/n practicing world-class veterinary medicine /n -
Skillful ability to delegate,/n develop, and inspire a winning team
/n - Top-notch communication and/n coaching talents Compensation -
Base salary of $130,000-$175,000 (dependent on experience) -
