Job Description:

not-for-profit hospice and palliative care provider dedicated to

Seeking compassionate RNs to deliver patient-centered care, conduct
assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients and
families.
Responsibilities include coordinating care, facilitating
communication within interdisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate
documentation, and adhering to infection control standards.
Qualifications: Diploma or associate degree in nursing
(Bachelor--------s preferred), active RN license, CPR
certification, at least 1-year inpatient or 2-year hospice
experience, proficiency in computer skills.
