Compensation

Pay is based on experience: $47-$50/hr
48-hour schedules available with no OT
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Nights)

Responsibilities

Use the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Collaborate through a Shared Governance model with interdisciplinary teams to promote evidence-based care
Provide holistic, patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment
Demonstrate the hospital's PRIDE core values: Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity, and Excellence
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high standards of patient safety

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - preferred
1 year of RN experience in Intermediate Care/Step-Down required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Excellent communication and computer skills
