• Employment Type: TravelFAST OFFER's - Quick Interview - 3/31 or later start.Requirements:1+ Years of RN - Mother/Baby experience required.Certifications & Licenses:RN License for NJ state.BLSACLSPALSResponsibilities:Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to post-partum mothers and newborns, including assessment, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring.Patient Education: Educate new mothers and families on infant care, breastfeeding, and post-partum recovery.Monitoring and Assessment: Perform assessments on both mothers and infants, including vital signs, breastfeeding progress, and general well-being.Collaboration: Work closely with obstetricians, pediatricians, lactation consultants, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.Safety and Comfort: Ensure that the mother and baby are comfortable, informed, and well-cared for during their hospital stay.Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient assessments, interventions, and communications in the medical records.Support: Provide emotional support to new mothers and families, addressing concerns and offering guidance on the early stages of motherhood.Emergency Care: Respond promptly to any changes in condition, provide stabilization measures, and communicate with the appropriate medical staff as necessary.Infojini Healthcare Job ID #35728023.
