Atlantic Health System seeks a per-diem Pharmacist I for the Pharmacy Department at Hackettstown Medical Center to work varied shifts, including every other weekend.

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacist I to join our team at Hackettstown Medical Center. As a per-diem Pharmacist I, you will be responsible for reviewing patient profiles, dispensing medications, and checking medications prepared by technicians for patients.

**Essential Functions**

--- Review patient profiles to ensure accurate medication dispensing
--- Dispense medications to patients in a timely and efficient manner
--- Check medications prepared by technicians for patients to ensure accuracy and quality
--- Maintain ADM and floor stock areas to ensure inventory levels are adequate
--- Prepare sterile compounds and chemotherapy as needed
--- Provide clinical information and patient information to healthcare team members
--- Provide good customer service to patients and healthcare team members
--- Comfortable with patient counseling and medication reconciliation

**Minimum Requirements**

--- Bachelor's degree in a related field
--- Graduate from an accredited US Pharmacy school or equivalent
--- 1+ years of pharmacist experience is a plus
--- Active NJ license
