  • Assessment skills: Competent knowledge of growth and development stages from Pediatric to Geriatric; delivers patient care appropriately; performs thorough, systematic, and comprehensive assessments.
  • Clinical Skills: Demonstrates competent clinical skills; performs direct patient care activities; provides competent and appropriate nursing care to the unit's population; demonstrates knowledge and skill of emergency equipment and procedures.
  • Documentation: Maintains complete and accurate documentation; demonstrates knowledge of documentation guidelines; assumes responsibility for documenting nursing processes and patient progress, including patient education.
