DescriptionThe Director, Audience Strategy at Alpha Labs will
collaborate with data science and technologists to identify and
activate growth audiences across a connected consumer journey. This
role will operate at the leading edge of new business pursuits and
strategic innovation-uncovering white space opportunities and
architecting breakthrough, data-driven audience solutions that
differentiate Publicis Groupe in the market.The Director, Audience
Strategy will partner across the broader company to spearhead
groundbreaking AI-driven advertising solutions. This includes
contributing thinking on new business pitches and key client
engagements to innovate never-been-done-before solutions.
Collaborating with Groupe Solutions leads and business development
teams to employ Publicis AI products and exclusive data
tools.Responsibilities
- Identify audience growth opportunities and whitespace using
first- and third-party data, syndicated tools, and bespoke
research
- Build strategic audience frameworks that inform ecosystem-wide
communications and media planning
- Translate behavioral, attitudinal, and contextual data into
actionable segmentation, targeting, and measurement strategies
- Partner with creative, media, and commerce teams to embed
audience insights into end-to-end campaign planning
- Collaborate with CoreAI and data science teams to evolve
audience intelligence tools and develop predictive planning
models
- Work with new business teams to embed cutting-edge audience
thinking into pitches, pursuits, and high-impact client
engagementsYour Impact
- Audience Intelligence Innovation: Lead the development and
deployment of advanced audience strategies that help Publicis
Groupe win new business and solve complex marketing challenges
- Strategic Leadership: Connect the dots between data, culture,
and commerce to create connected audience experiences that feel

new audiences, unlocking demand, and engineering modern paths to

- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Fuse insight, storytelling,
and technology into strategies that resonate across creative,
media, and technology teamsQualificationsThe successful candidate
should have:
- 5-6 years of industry experience with marketing & media
agencies and/or client-side marketing organizations
- Understanding of marketing science, advertising effectiveness,
media marketplace and ecosystem, ad-tech landscape, and ever
emerging AI technologies
- Proven track record of driving innovation and cross-functional
collaboration in the field of advertising, with the ability to
translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience developing presentations and client narratives with
executives and cross functional teamsThe successful candidate
should have:
- 5-6 years of industry experience with marketing & media
agencies and/or client-side marketing organizations
- Understanding of marketing science, advertising effectiveness,
media marketplace and ecosystem, ad-tech landscape, and ever
emerging AI technologies
- Proven track record of driving innovation and cross-functional
collaboration in the field of advertising, with the ability to
translate complex technical concepts into business value.

$208,840 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it
will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent
with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the
skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with
the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the
right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be
eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee
medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system
once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also
qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility
criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer
medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time
