Job Description:
DSA is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager with an active
secret clearance to join our team at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- ctive Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 3+ years of experience coordinating project team members and
developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting and understanding of Software Development
Life Cycle (SDLC)
- SAP Process Integration (PI) and Process Orchestration (PO)
expertise
- SAP certifications in one or more discipline (e.g., SAP
Certified Technology Associate) and CompTIA Security+
certification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Desired
Qualifications
- Experience supporting DoD SAP initiatives; specifically, JPEO
A&
- Experience using SAP Cloud Analytics (SAC)
- Experience developing in the SAP Advanced Business Application
Programming (ABAP)/WebDynPro programming environment.
- Experience with RMF and cybersecurity
- PMP or Project Management Certifications Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with government staff to ensure all necessary
planning and communication are accurately estimated and executed
for changes that impact system functionality and availability.
- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule
and within budget
- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
- Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies,
procedures, and standards; includes established Software
Development Life Cycle Methodology (SDLC) process and procedures to
ensure the effective and efficient completion of all
objectives.
- Responsible for the overall cost, schedule, and performance of
Systems and ensure that the system is continuously in compliance
with all Army regulations, the DOD Risk Management Framework, and
all applicable NIST security and privacy controls.
- Define and institute an industry standard project management
methodology and exercise day-to-day control of all system
activities to ensure the effective and efficient completion of all
objectives.
- Ensure that the systems are compliant with all applicable NIST
800-53 security and privacy controls and ensure that all assessment
documentation and security artifacts are properly prepared
including: System Security Plan (SSP), Security Assessment Reports
(SAR), Risk Assessment Reports (RAR), Security Control Traceability
Matrix (SCTM), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), Test
Reports.
- Execute all steps necessary to obtain and maintain
Authorization to Operate (ATO), including preparation of documents
such as: security artifacts, authorization package, risk
determination and risk acceptance documents, authorization decision
documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule all necessary assessments, resolve all
deficiencies uncovered in the ATO staffing process, and effectively
communicate with the Authorizing Official organization to ensure
there is no lapse in Authorization to Operate.
- nalyze new requirements and provide proposals to support as
required. The project manager will produce detailed cost estimates
of all hardware, software, service, and Client required to sustain
system into the future.
- Work closely with government staff to ensure all necessary
expenditures are accurately estimated and time phased to support
the government budgeting and financial execution processes.
- Guide strategic communication between projects and stakeholders
including both the user community and Army senior management.
