BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of part- time Clinical RN Manager for our Morristown, NJ home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult & geriatric clients living in and throughout Bergen, Essex, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, Warren Counties. As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will support your field team from the office, therefore requiring very minimal travel within the community. Highlights:

  • Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care to residents in senior living communities.
  • Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists who conduct assessment/treatment visits for our adult & geriatric clients in New Jersey.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses and therapists.
  • Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.Qualifications:
    • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
    • Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
    • 485 expert
    • Supervisory experience preferred.
