Job Description:
Our client, a dynamic organization in the construction and
project management industry, is seeking a dedicated Administrative
Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you
will be an essential part of the Office support team, assisting
various departments including Bidding, Contract Administration,
Project Management, and Recycling Support. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive
communication, and a strong work ethic, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Administrative
Assistant Location: New Windsor, NY Pay Range: $25-27 per hour
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday What's the Job?
Manage bid document workflows, including ordering, assigning job
numbers, and updating bid calendars. Support bidding activities by
entering bid quantities, downloading data, and soliciting
subcontractors and suppliers. Assist contract administration tasks
such as maintaining insurance files, processing contractor
payments, and supporting overflow work. Support project management
activities including printing plan sheets, uploading documents, and
managing job trailer setups. Handle recycle support tasks such as
entering sales tickets, invoicing, updating spreadsheets, and
submitting proposals. What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year of relevant
office experience. High School diploma or GED required. Proficiency
in scheduling, data entry, and MS Office applications. Strong
organizational and customer service skills. Ability to manage
