partnering with a premier hospitality client to hire a Budget
Coordinator. This one-year contract offers a flexible hybrid
schedule, with two days onsite in Manhattan. We are seeking a
detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the
ability to collaborate across departments to manage budget
processes, analyze financial data, and deliver actionable insights
that drive strategic decisions. Apply today for immediate
consideration! Responsibilities Partner with functional teams to
monitor spend and align with budget Update cash flow forecasts and
support upcoming expenditures Validate invoice coding against POs
and contracts; process invoices Coordinate with Finance on cost
allocations and budget adjustments Ensure proper approvals and
compliance for invoice and budget tracking Estimate travel spend
and provide monthly updates Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist with
special projects Build strong cross-functional relationships across
all levels Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance,
Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2 years of experience in
budgeting, financial analysis, or related roles. Proficiency in
Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software (e.g., SAP,
Oracle, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to
manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. $35-50/hr
Pay Details: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour Search managed by: Shoshana
