Manager, Private Equity Fund AccountingHybrid Work Schedule-West Orange, NJMonday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.Candidates for this position must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Time on-site or time zone may be necessary based on business need.Some of the things you will be doing:The Manager candidate will manage multiple client relationships ensuring superior client service with their client service team members.Deliverables include fund administration services provided to private equity funds such as:Review accounting records, financial statements, and support schedules (GAAP & OCBOA)Review SBA compliance reporting, including SBA Form 468 preparationReview capital call & distribution calculations and lettersReview waterfalls and partner capital account statementsCoordinate deliverables with Investor Services teamCareer development, supervision, and training of staffDaily client and team member interactionInternal responsibilities (filing, status reports, time tracking, etc.)What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?BS Degree in Accounting is required- CPA or CPA candidate preferredExperience in Private Equity portfolio/investment and partnership accounting requiredWorking knowledge of US GAAPAdvanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)Investran experience preferredAble to multitask and perform tasks under strict deadlinesExperience leading a team, delegating, training and supervising staffExperience managing client relationshipsProfessional verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skills#LI-SP1#fundaccounting #fundaccountingmanager #privateequityaccounting#INDPby Jobble
