Job Description:
Well known firm in NYC has an immediate need of a BIG 4
Experienced (5-7 years) Tax Accountant with heavy knowledge of FAS
109's. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with
international tax filing, multi state filings, corporate
consolidations and tax provisions. Responsibilities will include
but are not limited to:
?Analyze tax return items in order to determine whether corrective
action should be taken
?Analyze details submitted by operating companies to ensure support
of position taken on returns and compliance with tax law
