Job Description:
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing
end-to-end product lifecycle for a specific brand or brands in our
EMEA and APAC regions. Professionally manages relationships and
ensures accurate and timely communication and alignment between
customer/licensor, merchandising, sourcing, product development,
production planning, demand planning and customer service. Has
oversight to the entire supply chain and manages the flow of
purchase orders to fulfillment. Serves as the key liaison between
licensed brand partners on their assigned business. A professional
attitude, effective communicator, and the ability to thrive under a
high pressure, fast pace environment is essential to this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages relationships with
licensor DTC and wholesale team needs for EMEA and APAC regions. *
Serves as the lead liaison between licensor, merchandising, product
development, demand planning, sourcing, production,
operations/logistics, and customer service teams to coordinate
inputs, and investigates and resolves merchandise challenges. *
Troubleshoots issues and provides solutions to Licensed partners in
a timely manner. * Manages the Merchandising Calendar for assigned
account/business units. Ensures seasonal calendar deadlines are
met. * Maintains for multiple seasons. * Reports timelines and
adherence to senior management. * Maintains and monitors off
calendar requests and collaborates internally with key
stakeholders. * Maintains inputs for key milestone deliverables for
all regions and brands in preparation of line openings, Market, and
seasonal order submissions. * Coordinates and manages execution of
go-to-market materials: * Coordinates samples for showrooms *
Manages input and integrity of SKU level data for item creation. *
Maintains buysheet and purchase order accuracy between licensor and
Renfro * Facilitates the order and shipment of Sales samples to
regional showrooms. * Build and issue sample requests in PLM. *
Coordinate requests with factories, track and manage timing, manage
communication and distribution to cross-functional teams. * Has
detailed knowledge of products and services being offered and
ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs.
* Supports item creation process from concept to launch and ensures
data accuracy and management in all systems both internal and for
customer inputs. * Monitors sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales
results and annual forecasts), aligned with company objectives,
reports monthly on progress, and identifies opportunities for
growth. * Manages monthly replenishment and seasonal order
submission, to include inputting, reconciling, and tracking
purchase orders through shipment to customer fulfillment. * Manages
collaboration with licensor, merchandising and design in creating
seasonal line plans that achieve brand strategies and financial
goals. * Researches marketplace trends and competitive landscape to
ensure product lines maximize all sales opportunities. *
Participates in negotiations and merchandising decisions with
customers to accomplish company goals and objectives. * Provides
training, coaching and mentoring to Merchandising
Assistants/Coordinators, Merchandisers and Product Information
Analysts to fully utilize and understand company processes,
procedures and work flow. * Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES * Leads a team of one or more support
staff, including Merchandising Assistants/Coordinators,
Merchandisers and Product Information Analysts. Qualifications
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS * Excellent attention to detail, time
management skills and meeting deadlines * Positive attitude and
ability to handle highly confidential information * Ability to
reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic * Ability to

* Strong interpersonal skills * Demonstrated experience in being a

interpersonal communication skills are essential * Must possess
confidence, good judgement, energy and the right personality to
work in a challenging environment. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE *
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, or
relevant field, or a combination of education and experience *
Typically requires 3-5 years of successful account management,
merchandising, buying or related experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND
ABILITY * Understanding and proficiency in line development
profitability management. * Hands on experience in sales and/or
merchandising and an ability to deliver excellent customer
experience * Understanding of sales performance metrics * Strong
business acumen with a solution-based problem-solving attitude *
Demonstrated experience leading a group of people, project or
process. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Comfortable with working in multiple
systems (i.e., PLM, CRM, and ERP systems) * Knowledge of CAD/Adobe
Illustrator/Photoshop a plus. * Knowledge of cost tracking and
billing procedures. * Strong business acumen with a solution-based
problem-solving attitude * Self-starter with proven experience in
delivering results to an organization. * Demonstrated excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work with all
levels of within and outside the organization. * Must be able to
work unsupervised and thrive in a stressful environment. PHYSICAL
